Dawn Foods has been creating high-quality bakery ingredients for more than 100 years. From humble beginnings in the USA, the family-owned company is now a global bakery business with a product portfolio of more than 4,000, employing around 3,500 people worldwide.
Dawn’s significant product range includes dry mixes, bases and concentrates for American-style treats such as muffins, cookies, donuts, brownies and crème cakes as well as mixes for traditional European products such as cakes, scones and pastries and wet goods such as icings, glazes and fruit fillings. Dawn’s specialist ranges include vegan-suitable mixes for sheet and pound cakes, muffins, brownies and cookies as well as gluten free and reduced sugar and fat mixes.
Dawn Foods sweet bakery ingredients for the artisanal bakery, foodservice, retail and food manufacturing channels are manufactured in BRC certified, nut free sites, including the company’s UK HQ in Evesham Worcestershire.
Dawn also offers other ingredients too including chocolate – we are a distributor of Dobla ® chocolate decorations into the UK– and flavours.
